We are what we eat
A phrase we hear often regarding the food we are feeding on ourselves will eventually shape our body and health. If we were to consume too much salt and sugar in our food intake, high possibility we may get diabetes or some sort. On the other end of the spectrum, if we were to eat more fruits and vegetables, higher chances we may live a healthier life.
So much so just as how food is able to affect our physical health, our thought is able to affect our mental health. So what exactly we are feeding our mind with?
If we were to watch too much depressing shows, reading sad books and listening to unpleasant songs about life, we are feeding our minds with negative thoughts and if we are not careful, it will soon affect our mental health. Eventually, it will lead to affecting the way we live, we may always feel depress and sad all the time, we may have given up on the hopes and dreams we once had. All these things can happen if we were to feed our mind with the wrong things.

Instead, we should feed our minds with healthy thoughts. We should watch more shows that make us laugh, reading books that inspire us, attend seminars and workshops and listening to songs that is uplifting. If we were to do these often, we are feeding our minds with thoughts that will help us go through life with passion and enthusiasms. Thus, keeping the fire and dreams we have alive.
Therefore, it is important to know and be aware what we are feeding our minds with, as it can affect and determine the way we ought to live our life. Feed yourself with hope, Feed yourself with love and Feed yourself with dreams and goals you will achieve.
