One of the essential factors that cause us to do things we want to do is MOTIVATION.

Some of the people have it and some don’t. Now, when we see a motivated employee, the way they work is very different from a non-motivated employee. The motivated employee will do their work with passion, enthusiasm and commitment, willing to go the extra mile when nobody asked them to.

Now, some say motivation doesn’t last or doesn’t work. But here’s the thing, everything we do is based on motivation. You see, the word motivation is derived from these 2 words, ‘Motive’ and ‘Action’. Therefore, motivation is somewhat stands for ‘The motive which cause the person to proceed with their action.’

So motive is the inner drive, impulse or intention that cause the person to do. And action is the process of doing something. Hence, one of the biggest factors that cause us to do something whether be good or bad is MOTIVATION.

Now the question is, ‘Have you fill your tank?’ You see, Motivation to a person is like gas to a tank.

The higher the motivation, the more the person is going to do it while the lower the motivation, the less the person is going to do it. Therefore, see what motivate you, fill up your tank everyday to go further and higher, learn to be self-motivated and not based it on your external environment.
