Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow. It empty today of its strength

Corrie Ten Boom

We often worry about the things that have yet to take place, we paint a negative picture in our mind that has yet to be birth out in reality and we assumed and expect the worst of out an event.

The thing is that worrying and overthinking certain things do not take away the pain of tomorrow but it steals the joy of today. Worrying often blind our eyes to see the blessings that we have possess within and outside of us.

The funny thing is that sometimes, when we are worrying for something but after experiencing that something, suddenly we realized it was not as bad as we thought. How many of us have experience that before?

Instead of worrying about the things that is about to happen, we should learn to see more blessings that is about to happen to us. The key here is to worry less and be bless. Why?

Because once we have learned not to worry, we will begin to see things differently, see things more positively and to see the blessings that we are about to received instead of the troubles that we are about to get. Start today, remember to worry less and be bless!
